You can request a visit for seniors. For children, there is a specific policy — generally we do not examine infants, but the doctor comes to the home to assess the situation and provide a referral to pediatric ER if needed.

You can cancel a visit within 5 minutes at no charge. If the doctor has already left, the customer pays a percentage based on distance.

In a severe emergency, call ambulance services (Magen David Adom). We do not replace the ER or emergency medicine. You can call our center, and if the team determines you need an ambulance, one will be dispatched immediately.

Home visits for emergency and non-emergency cases, phone consultations, routine home examinations, and follow-up for chronic patients. You can choose the services that suit your specialty.

Yes. All doctors registered with Lucille are covered by comprehensive professional liability insurance. We provide full legal and insurance protection.

After you submit your application, we review your information. Once approved, we call you to schedule your first interview. We invite you to a training day at our offices to learn about the company, the smart app, and the team. After that, you are ready to start receiving requests and working.

Absolutely. You set your working hours completely. You can activate and deactivate your account in the app whenever you want — there is no minimum or maximum for working hours.

Basic medical tools are sufficient (stethoscope, blood pressure monitor, thermometer, etc.). When you join, Lucille provides a medical bag containing everything you need for home visits at a very official price.

Yes. Lucille provides training for doctors in the company's lecture halls, located in the Stars building in the Tayibe industrial zone.

In that case, Lucille offers a first aid course for new joiners at a symbolic price.

You receive payment on the 15th of the following month. Pay is competitive and depends on the type of service. Transfers are made to your bank account monthly. Further details about pay and payment methods are explained in your first interview.
