Lucille operates the Lucille application and related services to arrange licensed home visits and telephone medical advice. Your relationship with the company is governed by the terms of use, privacy policy, and supplementary website terms.
Primary care — not emergency services
Care delivered through Lucille is initial medical care and is not a substitute for an emergency department, an emergency hotline, or specialist treatment. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Health data and privacy
We process personal and health information to provide treatment, operate the platform, collect payment, and comply with law. The privacy policy explains what we collect, why, how we secure it, when it is shared, and your rights.
Payments, clearing, and refunds
Payments are taken in the app or through the call center by credit card via Tranzila clearing. Refunds depend on how far the visit has progressed and on applicable consumer-protection law. Section 7 of the Terms contains the detailed rules.
