Fundamental principles
These terms govern the legal relationship between S. Lucille Medical Services Ltd. and anyone who uses the “Lucille” application and/or the services provided through it. Accessing the app, registering, or ordering a service through the app or call center confirms that you have read this document, understood it, and agree to be bound by all of its provisions.
If you do not agree—with any provision below, in whole or in part—you must immediately stop using the application and related services.
The Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change, update, add, or remove provisions of these terms from time to time, without any obligation to provide advance notice.
Masculine wording is used for readability only; everything stated applies equally to every user regardless of gender, as well as to corporations and other legal entities.
About the application
The “Lucille” application lets users book home visits with a physician, nurse, or other caregivers—or receive nationwide telephone medical advice.
- Services are provided by physicians holding a valid Israeli license, employed by the Company and acting in accordance with applicable law.
- The application is intended for initial medical care only and does not replace emergency services or an emergency department.
- Home visit orders are submitted through the app or the call center.
- During the visit, if medically justified in the physician’s discretion, the patient may receive a digitally signed prescription in accordance with the Electronic Signature Law, 5761‑2001.
General terms and consent
- Use of the application and the Company’s telephone call center constitutes your full agreement to all terms of this document. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
- The Company may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes agreement to the revised text.
- Services and medications provided through the app are for the registered user’s personal and exclusive use, in accordance with applicable law and medical regulation.
- The Company is not liable for any damage, loss, or expense caused to the user by reliance on information displayed in the application.
- The application may not be used for any commercial or business purpose, including purchasing, transferring, marketing, or selling medications or services to third parties.
Nature of the service
- Physician home visits include a general medical examination, initial diagnosis, and prescriptions as needed.
- Telephone medical consultation.
- Physicians providing the service are employed by the Company and act on its behalf in accordance with Israeli law.
- Care provided is initial medical treatment and does not replace an emergency room, emergency center, or specialist care.
- If the physician determines that further examination or more advanced treatment is required, the patient will be referred for continued care in an appropriate medical setting.
Eligibility to use
- For citizens and residents of Israel.
- Age 18 and above, or through a legal guardian or parent.
- The Company may refuse to provide service based on medical, professional, or safety considerations.

- The Company reserves the right to block or restrict access to the application from any person or entity, at any time, at its sole discretion.
Service areas
The service is provided nationwide within the State of Israel only, and is not available in areas outside Israel’s civil jurisdiction.
If activity is suspended in a specific area, the Company will notify affected users and arrange a proportional refund where applicable.
Ordering process
- Services may be ordered through the application or by telephone call center.
- Upon confirmation, the physician receives the order through the system and travels to the address provided.
- Estimated arrival time for a home visit is usually up to three hours from order confirmation, subject to road conditions and traffic.
- The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to physician availability in the requested area.
- In cases of unusual load, limited staffing, or unexpected operational circumstances, the Company may update and extend waiting times.
- The Company is not liable for damage resulting from changes, restrictions, or interruptions in service availability.
Payment and billing
- Payment is made in the application or by phone through an agent, by credit card only.
- Billing is processed through Tranzila.
- The Company collects payment from the patient and pays physicians by bank transfer.
- Cancellation before the physician departs qualifies for a full refund.
- After the physician departs for the address, a partial payment is charged according to the service stage.
- After the service is provided, no refund is available, subject to the Consumer Protection Law.
Medications and initial treatment
- Physicians may carry medications for the purpose of providing initial treatment only during the visit.
- The Company does not operate a pharmacy and does not sell medications to the public.
- Prescriptions are issued based on medical discretion only and in accordance with the law.
Liability and limitation of liability
- The service is provided in accordance with accepted medical standards.
- The Company is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profits, or consequential damage.
- Nothing herein constitutes a commitment to continuous availability at all times or in every geographic area, nor a commitment to specific arrival times.
- The Company reserves the right to change, expand, or reduce service areas at any time.
Providing information
Providing required information in the system is a condition for receiving services. There is no legal obligation to provide the information; doing so is at the user’s choice.
- The user declares that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate.
- Application content may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, or displayed without prior written Company consent.
- All rights in the application—including designs, trademarks, logo, content, and trade name—belong to the Company.

Protecting your personal information
Types of information collected
Full name, national ID number, address, phone number, email, medical information, location data, and payment details.
This qualifies as sensitive information as defined under applicable privacy law.
Purposes of information use
Providing medical service, medical documentation, system operation, billing and payments, communication, and sending operational messages including SMS and verification codes.
Information security
- The Company operates according to advanced information security standards and works toward implementing ISO 27001 and 27799.
- Information is stored in secure systems accessible only to authorized employees.
- Information is stored in a database managed in accordance with applicable law.
Transfer of information to third parties
Information will be transferred only when required for: internal needs, billing through Tranzila, computing infrastructure, legal obligation, or court order.
- The Company may transfer information to third parties providing professional and operational services as needed for ongoing activity.
- The Company may disclose personal information if required by law, judicial order, or request from a competent authority.
- The user may contact the Company in writing to review, correct, or be removed from mailing lists.
- Use of the application constitutes consent to receive messages related to service delivery and operational updates.
User rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, every person is entitled to review information stored about them and request correction or deletion subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property
The application, code, design, trademarks, and content are the Company’s exclusive property and may not be used without prior written approval.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Applicable law is Israeli law only.
Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the courts of the Central, Sharon, and Samaria districts only.
Important points
- Use of the application is at the user’s sole responsibility. The Company does not warrant that content, data, or services will be complete, accurate, continuous, or error-free.
- The Company is not responsible for damage arising from activity stoppages, technical failures, maintenance, system updates, or any other disruption to application availability.
- The service may involve third-party systems subject to their own terms. The user is responsible for reviewing those terms.
Material provisions, liability limitation, and indemnification
- Use of the service constitutes a declaration that the user has provided the Company and treating physician with complete, accurate, and up-to-date medical information, including background conditions, allergies, and regular medications.
- In any event, the Company’s liability, if established, is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for that service.
- The user undertakes to indemnify the Company for any damage caused by providing false information, use contrary to physician instructions, or breach of these terms.
- The Company shall not be deemed in breach of any obligation due to events beyond its control, including war, epidemic, strikes, infrastructure failures, and force majeure.
- Medications provided during a visit are given based on professional medical discretion only. The user is responsible for providing the physician with complete information about allergies and regular medications.
- Before initiating legal proceedings, the user undertakes to contact the Company in writing and allow a 60-day period for good-faith dispute resolution.
- Calls with the Company call center and physicians may be recorded and documented for monitoring, medical documentation, service improvement, and legal protection.
- The Company is not an insurance company and does not provide any insurance coverage to the user.
- The treating physician exercises independent professional medical discretion. Nothing in the application or Company procedures interferes with that medical judgment.
- In case of conflict between this document and any other publication or document, the provisions of this terms document prevail.

Intellectual property — website and application
All rights in the application, the Company website, and every component—including without limitation source and object code, graphic design, user interface, logos, trademarks, texts, databases, images, video clips, audio files, downloads, visual and software elements, and any other material—are the Company’s exclusive property or are lawfully used under an appropriate license.
You may not copy, broadcast, distribute, make available to the public, publish, reverse engineer, process, modify, create derivative works, use commercially, or otherwise exploit such materials, in whole or in part, without express prior written Company consent.
Unauthorized use as described may violate intellectual property laws and applicable law and entitles the Company to any remedy provided by law.
Website availability and external links
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure proper operation of the website and application but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free availability. Disruptions, stoppages, or interruptions may occur due to technical factors or third parties, and no compensation is owed.
The website may contain links to external sites. The Company is not responsible for their content, reliability, or security; accessing them is strictly at your own risk.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, site content belongs to or is legitimately licensed to the Company and may not be used without appropriate authorization.
Governing law and jurisdiction — website
Use of the website is governed exclusively by Israeli law. Any dispute or claim relating to the website or services offered through it shall be adjudicated in the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Israel.
